Exchange Policy

At Crockers.pk, we aim to ensure our customers receive exactly what they ordered in perfect condition. If the delivered product does not match the description on our website or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.

Our exchange process applies under the following conditions:

  • The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
  • Proof of the issue, such as unpacking videos or images of the product, is provided.

Once a complaint is registered with us and communicated to the courier service, we will arrange for the product to be picked up and dispatched within 7 working days.

Please note:

  • If the specific product ordered is unavailable, we will provide alternate options for you to choose from.
  • The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds are not applicable under this policy.

Refund Policy

No return or refund will be issued if the product received matches the website description and is delivered in perfect condition. A change of mind is not a valid reason for a return or refund.

  • Promotional and discounted products are not eligible for refunds.
